What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess new AI proposals for feasibility and alignment with organizational strategy
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in preparing governance reports for executive review

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Experience working with AI-driven products, machine learning applications, or analytics platforms in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA AI/ML regulations)
- Proven ability to support AI solution lifecycle management from intake to post-implementation monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s in Artificial Intelligence preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with healthcare data models, EHR integration, and interoperability standards
- Background in user acceptance testing and AI performance monitoring
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies in product development
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for AI analytics
