What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the vision and strategy for AI initiatives at the employer, establishing governance frameworks and measurement metrics
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives, collaborating with data science and engineering teams
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive AI adoption and educate stakeholders across the organization about AI capabilities and opportunities
- Create compelling data stories that demonstrate the value of AI investments and maintain visibility dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to AI/ML or data products
- Proven track record of launching new products and driving adoption
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts to engage with data scientists and engineers
- Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Experience with metrics and reporting, including defining KPIs and building dashboards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare or member-focused environments, with an understanding of HIPAA and compliance
- Familiarity with AI trends, tools, and best practices
- Previous experience in cross-functional leadership and building partnerships
