  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee the day-to-day operations of data annotation projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  - Handle incoming client requests, clarify project requirements, and document all details
  - Identify, recruit, and assign suitable annotators for each project
  - Deliver or coordinate task-specific training sessions for annotators to meet quality expectations
  - Provide regular updates on project status and report on key performance metrics
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in data annotation or AI training data
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate large teams of freelancers
  - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  - Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  - Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
