What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track and analyze emerging threats to AI systems
- Develop and implement detection and mitigation strategies for threats
- Lead red-teaming exercises and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security tools and frameworks using Python or Golang
- Curate datasets for training ML models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of proven experience
- Strong programming skills in Python or Golang
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts
- Understanding of common application security vulnerabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI/ML security risks
- Fluency in reading academic papers on AI/ML and security
- Experience with modern application stacks and security tools
- Developing proof-of-concept exploits for new attacks
