What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proofs of concept and AI tools for client projects
- Support the implementation of innovative AI solutions for modernizing legacy systems
- Engage in iterative experimentation to improve AI outputs and processes
- Configure and deploy project-specific AI toolchains, acting as the "Tooling Architect"
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team expertise in AI advancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week from March 1, 2026, through July 21, 2026
- Foundational AI literacy, including understanding large language models and automation tasks
- Experience in a core programming language such as Python or TypeScript
- Strong analytical skills for data mapping and identifying patterns in structured data
- Detail-oriented with the ability to debug code and AI outputs effectively

- Experience with AI models and their practical applications in software development
- Familiarity with developing tools for AI workflow efficiency
- Technical curiosity and adaptability in learning new AI tools and frameworks
