What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own a dedicated “AI transformation pod,” collaborating with specific go-to-market functions
- Identify and validate high-impact opportunities for AI transformation
- Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI-native solutions
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to deployment, measuring and reporting on impact
- Present pod updates to executive leadership and promote new initiatives to potential users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Coursework in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship
- Product management experience with demonstrable AI product expertise
- Prior work experience in Software Engineering
- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities, including LLMs and agents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience at an enterprise software company
- Internships at tech companies, especially startups
- Participation in hackathons and relevant awards
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience in product-focused roles or projects
