What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategy, business development, and execution of environmental consulting projects for the US Air Force and other DoD customers
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the client base in the northeast US
- Direct teams of scientists, planners, and engineers in capturing new contracts
- Foster relationships with key clients and identify strategic partnerships
- Prepare proposals and perform technical work balancing sales and project utilization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
- 15+ years of program/project management experience with the Air Force
- Knowledge of Air Force or other DoD/Federal organizations
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 5-10%
- Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a federal agency or consulting industry
- Professional registration and/or certification
- Civil servant service or active-duty military experience related to project management
