      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert analysis to support various Nextgen modernization initiatives within Air Traffic Control Centers and other FAA facilities
      - Assist the FAA with site implementation and transition planning for Capital Investment Plan projects
      - Identify, analyze, coordinate, resolve, and report implementation issues generated by Capital Investment Plan projects
      - Demonstrate subject matter expertise in air traffic control procedures, technology, and terminology
      - Communicate complex air traffic control knowledge to diverse audiences to support analysis efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active, full performance level (FPL) Air Traffic Control experience in Terminal, Enroute, Oceanic, Traffic Flow Management, or Flight Service Station
      - Relevant training and/or certifications as an Air Traffic Controller or similar role
      - Familiarity with Air Traffic Control technology, including radio, computer, navigation, and weather equipment
      - Minimum of 0-2 years of prior relevant experience required
      - Equivalent experience in the U.S. Military or international control environment is acceptable
