What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the on-site business and technical manager at airframe MRO facility
- Implement quality, cost, and overall execution of base maintenance packages for aircraft
- Serve as the primary liaison with local supplier leadership
- Conduct safety and performance audits under the 360 audit program
- Reconcile financial invoices and pursue cost-saving opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience
- Airframe and Powerplant License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.S. in Aviation Related Field
- Maintenance supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Logistics and Finance
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Knowledge of Maintenance Programs, Methods and Standards, Process Optimization
