What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee development and construction projects from conception to completion
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Foster a collaborative working environment among project teams and stakeholders
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and employer expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Charge Network Projects, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with project management, specifically on-airport construction projects
- Knowledge of FAA requirements and experience with 7460 and Airport Layout Plan updates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, including internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience with construction management software
- FAA Private Pilot License
- EV Driver or first-hand EV charging experience
