      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for driving business development and sales activities for the Credit Card business. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end marketing and servicing collateral for a highly complex cobrand credit card program related to one of the bank's largest cobrand partners. Key responsibilities include integration and launch of their card program including, and developing short and long-term strategies to grow the program. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, legal/risk/compliance.

      Responsibilities:

      • Identifies and executes on business development opportunities to grow card sales program and portfolio, including proactive prospecting of potential clients
      • Develop strategy and execute cobrand sub-partner product launch including implementation of 3rd party card servicing
      • End to end management of sub-partner product from marketing to servicing
      • Partner with cobrand partner to evaluate implementation, development and oversight of airport marketing program
      • Develop product messaging that is aligned to the bank and partner’s strategies including marketing
      • Works independently, using process excellence expertise and proven demonstration of strategic thinking and tactical planning, with an ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured processes.
      • Identify, develop, and execute strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to foster needed changes for program growth

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years experience in cobrand consumer card
      • Ability to work in high-paced environment while partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and drive growth
      • Intellectually curious with a desire to identify and implement innovative solutions
      • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job related duties including day to day tasks and project work in a deadline oriented environment
      • Ability to think critically while effectively managing and finding resolutions to complex situations
      • Acts proactively to identify, control, and mitigate risks
      • Detail-oriented, self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and escalates issues or concerns effectively
      • Ability to present to C suite level management

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 8+ years financial services experience
      • Marketing experience
      • Cobrand point of sale or other relevant marketing experience
      • Relationship management experience

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $132,600.00 - $167,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
