      This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Allied Health Manager to lead a fantastic team of dedicated Allied Health professionals. In this role, the successful applicant will work closely with NSLHD and Mona Vale Hospital Executive to achieve excellent clinical outcomes, while also supporting sustainable financial management of the facility and services across the Northern Beaches.

      Remuneration: $69.18 - $82.43 per hour

      Where you'll be working

      Primarily based at Mona Vale Hospital, this role has responsibilities across the Norther Beaches region, and the successful applicant will be required to work at times from the Brookvale Community Health Centre or the Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice at Manly (AYAH).

      People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

      Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

      1. Demonstrate experience in service planning and clinical service delivery for Allied Health to ensure the operating model meets the needs of patients, is sustainable within the resource envelope and supports staff wellbeing and engagement.
      2. Describe how you have lead and managed change and encouraged innovation to ensure best practice in the efficiency and effectiveness of care delivery, including clinical services redesign initiatives with the resource envelope of the service.
      3. Show how you have provided strategic advice at an Executive level relating to the development, effectiveness and improvement of Allied Health services. This requires collaboration with the NSLHD Director of Allied Health to continuously develop the Allied Health workforce and services and contribute to system initiatives through participation in committees and working parties.
