      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect healthcare professionals through calls, texts, emails, and social media
      - Interview and qualify candidates to match them with suitable assignments
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placements
      - Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout each assignment
      - Advise candidates by aligning pay and assignments with their personal goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced sales role
      - Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and goals
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general business applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems
      - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its staffing needs
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
