      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Allocate specific product categories to align with the assortment plan and store capacity
      - Analyze business performance at the store/item level to determine effective allocations
      - Develop and manage reporting to support the allocation strategy, including inventory projections
      - Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to communicate opportunities and risks
      - Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings and conduct quarterly store visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment
      - Strong proficiency in retail math and data analysis
      - Excellent communication skills for interaction with peers and executives
      - Advanced Excel knowledge and technical proficiency
      - Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to solve problems independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with allocation systems, preferably JDA/Arthur
      - BA or BS in a business-related field
