Job Description

In consultation with our partners within our business and human resources teams, designs and builds the processes, tools, resources, communications and artifacts associated with delivering talent programs
Plans and leads the project management activities associated with talent program development and delivery, often working with cross-functional teams and squads
Delivers on multiple, concurrent work streams simultaneously
Builds and monitors work plans and timelines to manage against milestones and ensure timely execution
Extensive “hands on” efforts related to material design and build for talent programs
Leads coordination activities related to talent program operations including scheduling and logistics as required
Supports our senior talent partners in articulation and documentation of strategic vision and multi-year plans
Manages vendor relationships and daily interactions
Facilitates delivery of enterprise-wide sessions as required
Regularly partners with our colleagues in our HRIS, communications and HR business partner teams
Designs talent processes within Workday system (in partnership with HRIS subject matter experts)
Continuously seeks feedback and pursues continuous improvement opportunities to consistently elevate program experience and outcomes
5 - 7 Years in building and delivering organizational programs.
Excellent ability to visually design resource materials and presentations
Ability (and desire) to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Business analyst/project management experience with results/execution orientation
Strong organization and coordination skills
Strong stakeholder consultation/partnership skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable making decisions to move work forward
Change management experience is an asset
Workday familiarity is an asset (not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reporting to the Senior Partner, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, this role will plan, build, deliver and operate talent and organizational effectiveness programs and projects across the enterprise. Scope includes (but is not limited) initiatives associated with our culture and values evolution, leadership develop programming, employee engagement and listening strategies, and performance enablement efforts.
