What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide specialized academic instruction (SAI) for students with disabilities
- Manage a caseload of students, including scheduling and holding IEP meetings
- Deliver instruction online via the Class Connect Program
- Communicate regularly with students through various virtual platforms
- Participate in in-person meetings and trainings as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in California
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Disabilities
- California English Learner Authorization certification issued by the CTC
- Ability to meet all requirements at the time of application submission
- Commitment to providing support to students with disabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with at-risk students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual instruction methods
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
