What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and optimize all Amazon advertising activities across Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Manage campaign setups, budgets, and optimization cycles to drive profitable growth
- Analyze raw performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
- Monitor performance indicators and adjust strategies based on data-driven analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, specifically Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Strong understanding of 1P (Vendor) and 3P (Seller) models within Amazon advertising
- Proficiency with Amazon's reporting suite and third-party tools for performance analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve problems before they escalate
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns in the US market
- Familiarity with budget management and campaign workload prioritization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions
- Previous experience in a purpose-driven or socially responsible organization
