  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to resolve recurring issues on the Amazon Marketplace
  - Develop data-driven mechanisms to analyze performance and monitor fluctuations
  - Build structured reporting suites to track internal request volumes and project milestones
  - Act as the primary point of contact for resolving high-stakes marketplace issues
  - Author white papers and gap analyses to advocate for support or systemic changes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
  - Proven experience navigating Amazon systems such as Vendor Central and Seller Central
  - Strong understanding of how to calculate ROI and prioritize business initiatives
  - Experience in building scalable and automated processes
  - Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  - Experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
  - Knowledge of B2B program development and execution
  - Familiarity with performance tracking and KPI management in a fast-paced environment
