      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct Quality Control (QC) reviews on outcomes of triaged AML alerts and investigations
      - File necessary Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
      - Ensure adherence to internal bank policies and regulatory requirements related to BSA/AML & OFAC
      - Perform ongoing, scheduled QC reviews for the employer’s AML functions
      - Collaborate with various teams to enhance compliance processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in AML compliance or financial crime investigations
      - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to BSA/AML & OFAC
      - Ability to conduct detailed reviews and analyses of AML investigations
      - Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Quality Control or audit functions within a financial institution
      - Familiarity with Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing processes
      - Certification in AML or related financial compliance fields
      - Experience using compliance software or tools
      - Knowledge of banking technology integration related to compliance
