      We are currently looking for an Analyst 2 Tech Support to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI.

      A Day in the Life:

      • Inputs and maintains bill of material data; conducts audits to ensure accurate parts gross generation and usage relief, and vehicle and unit build accuracy.
      • Receives, distributes, and incorporates design changes into NNA-Smyrna systems and manufacturing; analyzes engineering changes and negotiates change adoption timing with outside vendors and coordinates timing with internal departments; audits actual part application to verify application meets design intent.
      • Prepares and publishes new model assumption package for all NNA-Smyrna activities; receives and distributes new model vehicle specification request information to all NNA-Smyrna activities; tracks vendor selection for new part programs and determines off tool timing and supplier readiness to meet corporate guidelines.
      • Develops trial vehicle master schedule; coordinates trial vehicle requirements from all Nissan departments and affiliates; tracks and coordinates new parts to ensure delivery and correct usage; tracks trial concerns and determines and implements appropriate countermeasures.
      • Develops training curriculum for new parts arrangement analysts; provides part application determination training for production area managers and process engineers.

      Who We’re Looking for:

      • Proficient in G2B software
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
      • Strong communication skills
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience will be considered
      • 2-3 years of directly related professional experience
      • Ability to perform work onsite at Farmington Hills, MI.
      • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
