What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track and analyze business performance against targets, benchmarks, and operational goals
- Conduct operational and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement solutions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards using multiple data sources
- Produce and distribute recurring performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Collaborate with various teams to understand reporting needs and tailor outputs accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business performance analysis and operational reporting
- Advanced expertise in Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and visualization
- Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to design strategic presentations
- Working knowledge of Tableau and SQL
- Familiarity with Salesforce and internal service delivery systems/tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, although a combination of coursework and experience may be considered
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience in developing metric systems and operational reporting
