**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Provide first-level support, including problem replication, triage, and resolution of issues
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain and update documentation related to operations and support processes
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets
- Execute SQL scripts to generate reports and troubleshoot data issues
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT-related degree, or comparable experience
- 1+ years of progressive experience in application support/IT operations
- 1+ years of experience with T-SQL, including the ability to view and write T-SQL code
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of web application functionality and fundamental infrastructure knowledge of computer systems
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure – Application Insights
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk ticketing system and Confluence
