What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the audit process, including tracking audit notifications and reviewing claims
- Prepare and distribute audit reserves to relevant label clients
- Assist with the collection of data for the audit fieldwork process
- Develop recommendations for label clients regarding responses to audit claims
- Ensure accurate recording of payments related to audit settlements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in accounting, finance, or business preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including functions such as macros, pivot tables, and advanced charting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access application
