What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Domo, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Use Databricks and SQL to analyze and structure data for reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to create analytical solutions
- Automate manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Train and support users on best practices for data-driven decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Expertise in BI tools, particularly Domo (experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus)
- Proficiency in SQL, with a preference for Databricks SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Consumer Goods sector
- Familiarity with large datasets and optimizing dashboard performance
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning
