What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the full life cycle of campus recruiting for engineering interns, co-ops, and entry-level hires across the employer's business units
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to execute talent acquisition strategies
- Participate in hiring manager intake sessions and assist in drafting job postings
- Source and screen qualified candidates through campus events and direct outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of relevant experience in fields such as Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Internship or prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or university relations
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday)
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Enthusiasm for campus engagement and student outreach
- Basic understanding of employment law and compliance concepts
