      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of the company's capital strategy across various financing avenues, including debt facilities and asset-backed securitizations
      - Assist in the execution of new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, managing legal documentation, and overseeing the closing process
      - Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate new financing proposals and analyze the impact of different capital structures
      - Prepare high-quality marketing materials to communicate the company's financial story and financing needs to external capital providers
      - Analyze short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity levels and risk exposures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3+ years of professional experience at a large investment bank, commercial bank, or corporate treasury/capital markets group
      - Direct experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), or Leveraged Finance is highly preferred
      - Proven track record of managing and executing complex financing transactions
      - Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with expertise in MS Excel
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFA designation or candidate status is a plus
      - Demonstrated relationship management skills and a professional demeanor
      - Superior presentation and communication skills for articulating complex financial concepts
