What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform day-to-day off-invoice and segmented rebate processing while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Ensure detailed accuracy in contract creation and input relevant contractual information into the contract management system
- Design system reports and perform detailed analytics of customer data for internal and external partners
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies in off-invoice resolution processing
- Conduct yearly analysis of SOPs and Work Instruction documents and update them as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- Detailed understanding of the life science industry specific to Contract Operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism with customers
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using personal computers for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contract management or operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with government pricing calculations and off-invoice reconciliations
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
- Knowledge of Model N system or similar contract management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend improvements in business procedures
