      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct strategic analyses and develop business plans for various product and service lines
      - Lead cross-functional teams to explore, evaluate, and analyze strategic ideas
      - Facilitate the integration of business plans into the overall strategic planning process
      - Source ideas from both internal and external stakeholders for new investment opportunities
      - Assist in developing long-term transformational strategies to address changes in the healthcare market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
      - 5-8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience
      - Minimum of 6+ years of related experience, with a focus on the healthcare industry strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and create measurable business value
      - Strong inductive and deductive thinking abilities, with the capacity to structure and lead projects

      - Experience in the healthcare industry with a successful track record in business value creation
      - Ability to communicate effectively with executives, demonstrating presence and credibility
      - Demonstrated street smartness in identifying key components of complex problems
