What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with account teams to identify and address variances in payment practices
- Develop and implement innovative analytical methodologies and tools for evaluating business processes

- Assist in maintaining automated processes for data and process integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring quality standards are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science
- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve departmental goals
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues while recommending effective strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python)
- Experience with business intelligence tools in support of data analytics
- Familiarity with pharmacy data in retail pharmacy or managed care environments
- Experience in project management and coaching team members
