What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and detect security risks while responding to incidents of fraud
- Ensure seamless communication across the organization for executing the Digital Fraud strategy
- Prioritize and resolve vulnerabilities, providing technical guidance across teams
- Research emerging technologies and solutions to enhance overall efficiency
- Analyze operation metrics regularly, including established KRIs/KPIs/OKRs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience or successful completion of Early Career Digital Leadership Program/Cybersecurity Rotational Program
- Familiarity with consumer digital products, customer loyalty programs, or fraud investigation tools
- Strong analytical skills to review complex data and identify potential fraud issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related fields
- Professional certifications such as CFE, CFCS, or CISSP
- 4+ years of experience in a fraud/financial crime investigator role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SharePoint and Teams
