      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure, manage, and maintain the Customer Service Module within ServiceNow
      - Oversee the Asana platform to support team workflows and projects
      - Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and user access
      - Perform routine system checks, updates, and patch management for application reliability
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement system improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Proven experience as a System Administrator or Application Administrator with ServiceNow, Asana, and Salesforce
      - Strong experience in administering the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
      - Proficient in system administration tasks such as configuration, updating, troubleshooting, and support
      - Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and support to end users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare IT space, preferably with Epic EHR
      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Salesforce Administrator certification
      - Familiarity with ITIL best practices and Service Management concepts
      - Experience with integration between ServiceNow Self-Service, Asana, Salesforce, and Epic EHR
