What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Play a critical role in the creation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with business leaders to inform revenue and expense estimates and create pro forma financial models
- Analyze data to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Manage financial information using Workday Adaptive Planning and build planning models
- Prepare executive and Board presentations, and assist with capital planning and scenario planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or FP&A at a high-growth company or a large organization
- Superior financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Fluency in Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Adaptive Planning
- Experience as a financial analyst supporting an IT organization
- Project Management experience
- Familiarity with US GAAP and ability to communicate differences in GAAP and cash financials
- Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile certifications
