- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a relevant field
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry-specific financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
