      Purpose
      Contributes to the overall success of the Scotiabank and its global subsidiaries by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.


      What You'll Do:

      • Manage documentation requests,
      • Provide support to other members of GCMD
      • Assist with any system related queries and initiatives related to GCMD's systems
      • Prepare quarterly and annual management reports and ad hoc reports for management
      • Participate in GBM and Enterprise-wide data strategy as it relates to GCMD's systems
      • Provide overall administrative and technical support to other members of GCMD


      What You’ll Bring:

      • An undergraduate level degree in business or related field required
      • Previous Banking experience preferred
      • Strong technological skills, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, database management, etc.
      • Understanding data management and reporting preferred
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
      • High attention to detail required
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work, excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines and perform effectively in a team environment

      Work Arrangement:
      This position is currently a Hybrid role, with the expectation that you will work one day a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
