      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
      - Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL programming and various analytic tools
      - Identify data trends and anomalies to support cost containment initiatives
      - Assist with special projects in support of internal departments and regulatory agencies
      - Create comprehensive workflows for report production and distribution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
      - 2-4 years of increasingly complex database and data management responsibilities
      - Basic knowledge of SQL
      - 2-4 years of experience in quantifying, measuring, and analyzing financial/performance management metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Medical Economics and strong knowledge of performance indicators
      - Ability to analyze and forecast trends in medical costs
      - Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Access
