      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing detailed feedback on technical functionality, usability, and performance
      - Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure implemented functionality meets documented requirements
      - Identify opportunities to apply data-driven insights and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes
      - Maintain clear communication of progress, risks, and deliverables to management and stakeholders
      - Analyze and prepare data in accessible formats to support business decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-3 years experience in Data Governance, preferably within the insurance industry
      - Must have Databricks Unity Catalog experience
      - Good analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and recognize issues
      - Good written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and similar consumer data regulations
      - Experience in data visualization, dashboarding, and data communication
      - Understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and data quality improvement programs
      - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
      - Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
