What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and resolve incidents and requests related to the Epic system
- Assist in the implementation phases, including requirements gathering and workflow analysis
- Support users and training teams with build fixes and workflow design questions
- Collaborate with end users and internal partners to design solutions and explain workflows
- Document and migrate build related to system enhancements and upgrades
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge and experience with Epic Community Connect and nephrology
- Proficiency in Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Microsoft Office products
- One or more Epic Build Certifications (e.g., Cadence, EpicCare Ambulatory)
- Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with kidney care and nephrology practices
- Additional Epic Build Certifications beyond the required ones
