What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and resolve incidents and requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and documentation
- Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and implementation support for new practices and modules
- Support Epic upgrades, build enhancements, and document workflows and statuses
- Collaborate with end users and internal partners to address issues and design solutions
- Mentor and train other Epic team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare technology or related fields
- Experience with Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Sherlock
- Familiarity with nephrology and kidney care
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Epic Community Connect
- Experience with project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare technology role
