      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices for internal employees and contingent workers
      - Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
      - Deploy and troubleshoot end-user computing devices, including laptops and desktops
      - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems and applications
      - Maintain a high standard of customer service for all IT-related queries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of Tech Support experience, including support for Windows and Mac systems
      - Experience with workstation setup, conference room support, networking, and related duties
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Domains, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and mobile device technology
      - Working knowledge of various Windows OS and hardware for PC environments
      - An Associate degree, Certificate, or Boot Camp in Computer Science or equivalent training/experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer training and knowledge documentation
      - Familiarity with ITIL change-incident-problem management processes
      - Ability to think creatively for continuous improvement solutions
      - Experience in asset inventory activities
      - Strong collaborative attitude and communication skills
