- Partners with Associates and Vice Presidents to build financial models and prepare client presentations and final work products, including due diligence questionnaires, working group lists, and lender presentations
- Supports origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
- Serves as a key resource working closely with Associates, Vice Presidents, and Relationship Managers to create client deliverables and respond to ad-hoc client requests
- Performs industry and company research to support business development and ad-hoc requests

The Analyst is responsible for performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, and preparing support documentation and client presentation materials. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex financial models and performing various financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences.
