What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor incidents and requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Assist in implementation phases by gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting users
- Support Epic upgrades and enhancements by assessing needs, completing builds, and conducting testing
- Collaborate with end users and third parties to define, build, and troubleshoot workflows
- Mentor and train other Epic team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge and experience with Epic Community Connect and nephrology care
- Proficiency in Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Microsoft Office products
- Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM) is required
- Three or more Epic Build Certifications in relevant areas such as Cadence, Prelude, or EpicCare
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in nephrology and kidney care
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Additional Epic Build Certifications beyond the minimum requirements
