What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy of employee time, earnings, deductions, and tax data
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Run and format audit reports; assist in troubleshooting any variances
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data flow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field
- 3–5 years of payroll or HR data experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems, preferably Workday Payroll
- Strong work ethic and effective organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (v lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a SOX controlled environment
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and communicate clearly with employees
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects under pressure
