What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain PMO tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or equivalent) to track initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Create dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into program and portfolio performance
- Partner with program managers and analysts to ensure consistent data inputs and reporting standards
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting errors
- Provide training and support to project teams on PMO tools and reporting practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, or PMO support
- Strong skills in PMO tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with portfolio management or reporting in large, matrixed organizations
