      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain operational revenue forecast for Awareness and Adherence programs using proprietary tools and Excel
      - Compile and analyze data from various sources to ensure accurate monthly revenue recording
      - Partner with Finance and Sales Operations on month-end activities and revenue recognition
      - Continuously improve forecasting processes and streamline cross-functional communication
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with Program Management, Business Development, and Finance teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years in finance, accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
      - At least 1 year of experience in revenue or sales operations
      - Strong ability to evaluate processes and implement change management for operational improvements
      - Advanced Excel skills and strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in account or client management
      - Experience using SalesForce
