      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare monthly financial reports for management and ensure accuracy and timely distribution
      - Deliver financials related to financial close, internal/external reporting, and stakeholder analysis
      - Prepare and deliver monthly forecasts and budgets for Real Estate Capital
      - Provide financial support and analysis to internal groups such as Corporate Real Estate and Financial Planning & Analysis
      - Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior year expenses while identifying opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and general ledgers
      - Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and the financial close process
      - Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
      - High level of individual accountability and motivation
      - Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Real Estate is a plus
