      Overview

      Due to growth, we are adding a Analyst, Regulatory Implementation to our Legal & Regulatory Affairs department.

      The Analyst, Regulatory Implementation plays a crucial role in ensuring that Navitus Health Solutions, LLC adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position involves conducting thorough assessments of compliance risks related to regulatory changes to provide insightful guidance. The analyst collaborates with various departments to develop and implement effective compliance programs, trains staff on compliance protocols and prepares detailed reports for stakeholders. By analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, the Analyst, helps safeguard the organization's reputation and fosters a culture of integrity and accountability.

      Responsibilities

      How do I make an impact on my team?
      • Facilitates research, interpretation, and clarification of regulatory issues, along with preparing necessary documentation
      • Manages operational implementation across multiple departments
      • Performs spot audits to ensure continuing regulatory compliance
      • Utilizes project management tools to participate in process redesign, service improvement, and automation initiatives, including developing work instructions and forms
      • Maintains and updates internal processes and utilize tracking systems to assess information for data metrics and dashboard reporting
      • Prepares written analyses of findings and communicate recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements
      • Prepares and analyzes detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
      • Builds and maintains rapport with stakeholders by facilitating ongoing communication and resolving concerns
      • Facilitates and develops compliance education and awareness efforts, including documentation and educational content
      • Travel as needed (less than 25%)
      • Other duties as assigned


      Qualifications

      What our team expects from you?
      • Bachelor's degree in business, legal, or related field is required
      • 2+ years in research, data collection and analytics, regulatory review, document development and presentation, prescription claims reporting, compliance analysis or monitoring, legal analysis, and/or auditing work is required
      • Conducting data searches and evaluating large amounts of data, in customer service, in preparing concise and accurate reports, and in the use of a computer and applicable software
      • Problem solving and evaluating alternatives and implementing effective solutions; to maintain effective working relationships; and to communicate effectively
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS 365, MS Teams, SharePoint. Visio preferred
      • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
      • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
