What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Voluntary Sales team by managing RFP submissions and assisting with case implementation
- Coordinate and submit all RFPs timely while managing workload effectively
- Collaborate with other business units and develop broker relationships
- Qualify RFPs, collect specifications, and engage with the Voluntary Sales Account Executive for necessary details
- Scrub data and manage RFP submissions through Salesforce/CPQ, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, sales support, or project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of underwriting, sales practices, account management, and healthcare RFPs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

- 1-2+ years of experience with Salesforce
