      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, and preparing support documentation and client presentation materials. Job expectations may include rotating through any of the multiple client management, credit management, and capital raising product areas.

      The GLIS team, within Bank of America Short Rates Sales, provides fixed income liquidity sales and support coverage for Large Corporate, Commercial and Public Sector banking clients. Sales people within the team are responsible for supporting all aspects of the GLIS business including the distribution of investment and liquidity solutions: Bank of America NA Investment and Deposit products, Money Market Funds, front end securities traded through BofA Securities (Commercial Paper, USTs, Agencies, other fixed income), and discretionary managed solutions from third party Asset Managers

      Responsibilities:

      • Conducts financial analyses and prepares support documentation for client presentations
      • Researches products and services in the market to gain insight into marketing and sales trends
      • Supports the strategy to build effective client relationships and provide customized products and services to clients
      • Participates in due diligence sessions, while communicating and interacting with deal team members
      • Assists with sales, trading, and hedging activities and documents key findings for the team
      • Develop / cultivates existing and prospective client relationships by determining changing client needs and market dynamics
      • Engage in the overall client management process via coordination with Corporate and Commercial Banking, Global Transaction Services, Rates/FX and other partners within the region
      • Grow production for assigned clients and acquire new clients from assigned referral sources
      • Provide analysis of current economic and market conditions and consult with clients around product opportunities consistent with risk parameters
      • Supporting senior sales reps providing backup coverage to colleagues on all sales, service and administrative tasks, as necessary
