What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and files based on project needs
- Conduct detailed research and analysis, gathering and summarizing relevant literature and data
- Create financial models using transactional and financial data, ensuring data integrity through audits
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize assignments and meet project goals and deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy, or data analysis
- Strong technical skills with the ability to execute complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python
- Knowledge or interest in policy research and analysis of regulations from government agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality analysis and attention to detail
