  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Use analytics to gain business insight and drive improvements
  - Gather business requirements for tools, product offerings, or systems
  - Ensure data integrity in databases and manage reports using internal and external programs
  - Develop self-service reports and dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI
  - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data issues and assist with quality assurance (QA) of solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  - Preferred to be registered in at least 12 credits and in their sophomore or junior year of school
  - Strong academic performance with a maintained acceptable GPA
  - Good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  - Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Microsoft Office
  - Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or VBA
  - Previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  - Ability to understand complex business information problems
  - Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks
